Within this lesson you have studied how identity is affected by some political, economic, social and environmental dimensions of
globalization and how these forces have resulted in both challenges and opportunities for individuals and collective groups to assert
their identity.  In the next lessons, you will explore the media’s impact on diversity.

If capitalism is fair then unionism must be. If men have a right to capitalize their ideas and the resources of their country, then that
