Session 1: Nurturing Through Physical Routines
In this session you will focus on the physical routines that make up a good part of the child’s day in a child care setting. Ways to help make smooth and effective transitions between various parts of the child’s day will also be discussed.
Session 2: Health, Safety, and Well-Being of Children
This session reviews some of the components of the Child Care Licensing Act and the Child Care Licensing Regulation. This session also looks at ways to ensure proper supervision, health, and safety when working with young children.
Session 3: Child Abuse, Family Violence, and Community Resources
