Is your life a financial roller coaster? If so, perhaps this wouldn’t be so bad if there were more ups than downs! Sometimes being on level ground isn’t as exciting as being sky-high, but an even surface is certainly easier on the stomach. This module may help you avoid financial motion sickness.
In Section 1 you will explore investments that earn simple or compound interest. You will discover the importance of saving money today and using the future to your advantage. You will compare simple and compound interest by analyzing formulas and visualizing graphs.
Section 2 is made up of a project, Credit 101, where you will explore consumer credit: personal loans, credit cards, and lines of credit. This project will guide you to use credit effectively to realize your financial goals.
