Introduction
Upon completion of this lesson project the student will be able to:
- Develop further research and compilation skills
- Make extensive use of the internet, reference materials and personal histories
- Explain the impact of religion and the Plague as a cause of the changing governments, social structure and the cultural explosion known as the Renaissance.

Research
In this project, you will explore the Dark Ages and make a three page prezi or power point presentation.
Before starting the project, watch the following informative videos:

Complete the following Medieval Ages Assignment
- Include relevant maps, graphics, and/or charts in your finished project. Be sure to expound upon all graphics by including informative text beneath the graphics and/or maps.
- Be sure to include a properly formatted bibliography attached to the finished project (see Course Introduction)

How to Create a Bibliography
Bibliography Format:
When assembling a final bibliography, list all sources (texts, articles, interviews, videotapes, and so on) in alphabetical order by authors' last names.
Here are suggested citation formats:

World Wide Web:
URL (Uniform Resource Locator or WWW address): author (or item's name,
if mentioned), date.
EXAMPLE: (Boston Globe's www address)

For a magazine:
Author (last name first), "Article Title." Name of magazine. Volume number,
(Date): page numbers.

For a newspaper:
Author (last name first), "Article Title." Name of newspaper, city and state of
publication. (date): edition if available, section and page number(s).

For a person:
Full name (last name first), Occupation, Date of interview.
