  • get up from a squatting position without help
  • does standing broad-jumps for 30 cm

  • jumps off the ground with a two-footed jump

  • hops on one foot for a few steps

  • uses pedals to ride a tricycle and steers to avoid obstacles

  • catches a large ball with arms extended

  • skips six times imitating another person

  • skip on both feet or gallop

  • walk along a 6-cm balance beam

  • throw a small ball 6 m

  • jump to touch something

  • jump a 30-cm high hurdle

  • balance on either foot

  • run on tiptoe
  • hops a distance of 15 m

  • accompanies music with body movement (e.g., slow, heavy, soft, like a bear, and so on)

  • touches toes without bending knees
