Salty Dough
Ingredients
- 375 mL (
cups) flour - 375 mL ( cups) salt
- 275 mL (
cups) water - tempera paints (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the flour and salt together in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in the water until the mixture is the consistency of bread dough.
Tips and Ideas
- Salty dough should be used immediately.
- Allow your finished salty dough creations to dry for 48 hours
- Create rivers, lakes, mountains, plains, and so on to make a salty dough terrain map. Be creative by making trees, houses, and whatnot to add to your map.
- Use assorted colours of tempera paints to paint your map.
