Student Intention - Beginning of Course

You are required to complete the Student Intention form at the beginning of the course. This is the STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide an update if the intended completion date changes. 

When you have completed the Student Intention form, please submit "The best way to contact me is through <email, cell phone, school, etc - pick one> at <give your email, school name, etc>". You will be restricted in the course until this is completed.
