5.1 Polished Viewing Journal Entries

The Assignment

Now that you have viewed the film a second time and examined the characters and settings, choose two scenes that you feel are most significant to the plot and character development. Use the templates in the Worksheets tab and polish those two journal entries for formal assessment. You should not require more space than what is provided on the handout to complete the polished entries.

Once you have completed your two polished entries, save them as Your Name 5.1 Polished Viewing Journals and submit it them for assessment.

Choose one of the following tasks:

Create a graphic organizer of your own that illustrates your observations in a more creative way

Pretend you are interviewing the film’s director and asking him the questions from the chart provided. Use either an article or a script format to record the director’s responses to each question. You can use the charts provided or create a chart of your own to suit your purpose.
