We are aware that when we can can maintain a positive attitude we gain a variety of health benefits.Â
Some of these benefits are physical, some emotional, some spiritual and some are intellectual.  For people of faith, their faith can provide that peace and positive outlook.

Do some brainstorming and some research on line and make a list of positive thinking strategies.

Step 2Â
Create a PowerPoint, Prezi, or some other visual presentation that presents five positive thinking strategies.
Be creative and make it interesting!
