Lesson 20: Reflection

In this lesson, you looked at the importance of communicating with others in the workplace.

For this reflection, please answer the following question:

Why is it important to communicate with others in the workplace? Give two tips on how you can better communicate with those around you in the workplace, including your co-workers, supervisors, and customers.
