Please do one of the following:
- You can type your work directly into the assignment box on the next page by clicking the "Add submission" button under the orange box at the bottom of this page.
- If you typed your work in a separate Word document, save your document, and either send it to your teacher as an e-mail attachment or print it off and hand it in to your teacher so it can be graded. You can also attach your document within Moodle. To do this, click on the "Add submission" button below, and then click on "File submissions."
- You can also choose to complete a hand-written assignment on a piece of paper. If so, please hand in your assignment to your teacher so it can be graded.

Marking Guide:
This assignment is worth 7 marks as follows:
Audience (2 possible marks)

2 marks for communicating in a way that is appropriate for your chosen audience.
Purpose (2 possible marks)

2 marks for communicating your purpose in a clear way.
Format (2 posible marks)

2 marks for using your chosen format appropriately (e.g. letter, speech,
etc.) and using complete sentences where appropriate with proper headings or
paragraphs for your chosen format.
Clarity of Communication (1 possible mark)

1 mark for proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization.
