Writing 3.2 Hiragana NA and HA Lines Writing Test

The Japanese economy used to ensure that a person (generally the father of a family) could get a job at a company and then be guaranteed work there until retirement. Since the work was almost 100% guaranteed, the workers worked extremely hard for the company because they knew they would continually be able to provide for their family.
This extreme dedication to the workplace meant fathers rarely saw their families. The worst case scenario was when a person's extreme work habits led to "Karoushi."
"Karoushi" means "death from overwork."
With the weakened economy and businesses unable to guarantee work for life, the younger generations are starting to choose more of a work-life balance but they are still working hard--just not to the point of death!
Here are some people on their way to work in Tokyo. There are train station workers in uniforms with white gloves on the platforms. During rush hour, they have to push people into the train compartments so that nobody gets stuck!
