We've learned that almost every region of Japan has some sort of specialty food (whether it is their own version of a traditional dish or their own specialty dish that isn't made anywhere else in Japan).
In this assignment, you will research and present 5 specialty dishes from different regions of Japan.
For each dish you present, include:

An γγγΌγ is a rolled up hand towel that is presented to you before your food arrives. You use it to clean your hands before eating.
In fancier places, it may be presented to you on its own tray. In more casual places, you will receive one wrapped in plastic.
Depending on the season, the γγγΌγ might be piping hot (to warm your hands) or cool (to refresh you in the humid weather).
Don't use the γγγΌγ as a napkin!
