Instructions

Write a paragraph describing yourself and an adult.

Use the verbs gustar, tener, ser, and estar in your paragraph. If you make short sentences, there should be about 9. If you combine ideas into longer, complex sentences, there will be less, but still the same amount of detailed information.

Include the following information in your paragraph:

Your name and age and the adult's name and age.	Ser Tener Numbers	You can use ser to say your names (I am__). Use the yo form for yourself and the él or ella form for the adult. Remember to use tener when telling someone's age.
Provide two descriptions of yourself and two descriptions of the adult.	Ser Adjectives (lesson 3.2)	Remember that ser is used for physical descriptions. Use the yo form for yourself and the él or ella form for the adult.
Tell how you are feeling and how the adult is feeling.	Estar Emotions (lesson 3.2)	Remember that estar is used for temporary conditions (how you feel). Use the yo form for yourself and the él or ella form for the adult.
State something you like and something the adult likes.	Gustar	You'll use gusta if what you like is singular and gustan for plural. Remember: we don't use yo, él, or ella with this verb. Instead, you'll use me and le.
State the profession of the adult.	Ser Profession (lesson 3.6)	Remember that ser is used when talking about occupations. Use the él or ella form of the verb. Remember that we don't use "un" or "una" when telling someone's profession. Example: Ella es abogada.
