Write a Story Outline

For this activity, you are going to be using your skills of predicting and inferring to write a story outline from a picture.

Your story outline will include a description of a character, motivation, or what the character wants, a conflict or problem, and a solution.

Complete Section 3 of Assignment 5-1. Write a story outline from a picture prompt. Be sure to choose words that help the reader to understand what is happening in the story.

Instructions for saving your work.

How to save a file for submission:

Scan the documents to your computer.
Select your Documents folder as the location to Save In.
Name the documents. You will always name your documents in a similar way.

Use the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name, then an underscore (_), then the name of the file.
For the file name 5-1 Sneakers, if my name is John Smith, I would name my file jsmithla5_5-1-sneakers.
For the file name 5-1-sneakers, if my name is John Smith, I would name my file jsmithla5_5-1-sneakers.

Click Save. Your chart is in your Documents folder.
