Diploma Registration Intention - Beginning of course

You are required to complete the Diploma Registration Intention form at the beginning and throughout the course. This is the STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide an update if the writing date or location changes. Students will not be registered to write their diploma unless they have 50% of the course completed on or before the diploma registration deadline outlined by Alberta Education. 

When you have completed the Diploma Registration Intention form, please submit "I plan to write my diploma in <MONTH> at <LOCATION>". You will be restricted in the course until this is completed.
