Technical Requirements

In order to complete this course, you will need a computer with:

  • internet access;
  • the ability to scan documents
  • a device that will capture still photographs (this could be a digital camera, iPod, cell phone etc)
  • word processing software (such as Microsoft Word, Pages etc.)
  • Adobe reader
  • the ability to watch YouTube videos
  • Access to PowerPoint, Prezie and/or video editing software, annimation software etc. for your final project (depending on your choice of media).

Note: It is assumed that you are familiar with working within an online learning environment and are comfortable with basic computer operations such as file management, downloading files, and sending e-mails with attachments. If you need help with any of these items, please contact your teacher.
