Repetitive motion is doing the same motion over and over without giving your joints, muscles, and other tissues a chance to recover. For example, a gaming marathon without a break. The more frequent the participation in the activity, the higher the
chance of a repetitive motion, and the higher the chance of injury and a chronic condition developing.

- varying your exercise and activity routine
- using proper equipment, including shoes
- taking regular breaks
- stretching regularly
