I reached out in January and my district domain was added to enable teachers from my organisation to access this platform.
We have many new teachers this year and the error message indicating that the email adress is not allowed is still popping up when attempting to create a new account with (@centrenord.ab.ca). When looking into the list, I see that my school district name is attached to another school district name without a semi Colum which is usually seen between school districts. Can this be the issue preventing my colleagues from getting connected?
