Finding a career that excites you may seem overwhelming. Through the next few Deep Dives, you will investigate several different careers.
You will reflect upon what your goals are in life and consider which careers fit into your life plan. You will also look at post-secondary education, examine its costs and discover funding that is available to help you pay for it.
Keep in mind that “post-secondary” refers to any study or training you pursue “after high school”. For example, you may need to complete WHMIS or First Aid Certification to get a job after high school. Alternatively, you may apply to a program at a college or university after high school to become a teacher.
Regardless of your plans, you can use the exploration in this section of the course to understand better what training you need to do, the costs to complete it, and funding opportunities to help you pay for it.
