Lesson 4 — Hormones and the Birthing Process

Today, women have many choices of ways to deliver their babies. Birth
with a midwife at home, birth with a midwife at a birthing centre,
birth in a hospital, birthing into water, and many more options are
possibilities. No matter the woman's
birth plan choice, when the birthing process begins, there is no
going back.
