On-line Discussion tips

Forum posting tips:  

•  read postings carefully
• respond to posting with an affirmation, question or feedback
• watch your on-line tone    Did you know that using all capital letters is considered shouting? 
  
• Respect diversity
  
• Use proper writing style  (spelling, punctuation, captilization, etc.)
