MyWorld

Follow these steps to enter MyWorld

MyWorld is a digital literacy tutorial for secondary students which gives you a chance to test your skills in navigating through search engines, instant messaging systems, social networking sites and file-sharing services. It was created by Media Smarts  and is licensed by Alberta Education for your use.

Step 1

Go to www.learnalberta.ca  and choose your language.

Step 2

Under Find Resources, enter MyWorld students and hit "Search".

Step 3

Open the link to MyWorld: A Digital Literacy Tutorial for Secondary Students - Student Version

Step 4

A pop-up window will appear. Enter the username and password as it appears below and hit "Sign in".

Step 5

You will be taken to the Media Smarts website, where you can open the link to MyWorld.



Finally, open the link under Classroom Tutorial to begin.
