Essential Information
This course is worth five Alberta high school credits and should take you approximately 125 hours to complete. Contact your teacher to set up a timeline to help you finish the course to suit your goals.
English 10-1 has three units. Each unit contains the instructions you need to complete your assignments. Complete each task in order, following the instructions carefully. As you finish each assignment, submit it for assessment.
Open-Book Reviews occur throughout the course to help you review and to reinforce important course content. They are open book, which means you can use your course materials to help you answer the questions.
This course has two exams which are completed online. Both require supervision. Contact the exam department, your supervisor, or lead teacher to make arrangements to write these exams when you are ready to do so.
