Communicating with Others

In this theme, you will first reflect upon what you want to achieve in English 10-4 and set some personal goals for language growth.

Then you will learn about the elements and forms of communication. You will learn about using non-verbal communication to help express and interpret messages and think about the skills required to present and receive messages clearly and successfully. You will then look at how to communicate effectively in the workplace.
