Committee Organization
Committee organization uses executive committees to make planning and operating decisions.

They can be temporarily organized to plan a specific
event/concern or a standing committee that is
always in place. Volunteer or non-profit organizations often form
committees. Companies can have committees to oversee various areas.
For example, a school may set up a committee to develop a plan for a
new library, or the graduation class might formulate a committee for the
upcoming graduation.

- Formed to make planning and operating decisions
- Process is slow: the committee must come to consensus rather than the owner or CEO making a decision
