Organizing

After setting objectives and developing plans to meet those objectives, managers must organize the people, supplies, and finances to achieve those objectives best.

Then, click the word Questions below

  • Where could children’s birthday parties be held?
  • What is the cost of the various venues?
  • Who will be in charge of organizing the children’s birthday parties?
  • When will we start to offer this service?
  • How will we inform potential customers?

You may have thought of similar questions or some different ones, but you can see that a manager has many things to consider when organizing a plan for a business.
