Future Trends

No real agreement occurs on which management theories are best for the future or even for the present, but some agreement occurs about two things:

A management theory that works for one company may not work for another. This is due largely to the environment and circumstances surrounding the organization and the members from top management to front line workers working within the organization. In this ever-changing fast-paced world of business, organizations must analyze which is the best management theory

Purpose and vision must be clear. Unless you are relentless in pursuing and testing both objectives and execution, you will never build the most valuable role model of all - and that's your own!
