Employee satisfaction can make or break a business.
Therefore, the contentment of employees should be monitored closely. Unhappy employees might not perform their best, have poor attitudes, or might not be as hospitable to customers, which hurts the companyโs profitability. Employee surveys, focus groups, and other channels to encourage feedback are great tools to give attention to employeesโ needs and to promote teamwork.
