There were many problems listed that result from a high fat diet.

  • Your body has to work harder to digest fats.

  • Excess fats make you uncomfortable or want to throw up.

  • High fat diets can cause fatigue and lack of energy.

  • High fat diets can cause weight gain.

Blood sugar levels get too low,  your body slows down and you feel drowsy and unable to concentrate.
