Unit 2 Summary


This unit examined the different body systems and how stress can affect each one. Stress can be detrimental to a person’s overall health, not just mental health. Coping strategies need to be in place so that a person is able to deal with stressful situations when they arise in life. Hopefully some of the relaxation techniques will help you find your next coping strategy!
