Promotion: Sales Techniques will help you to see the salesperson from the perspective of the retailer, and it will prepare you for the workplace and further education. This module has four sections and gives a wide range of practical sales experiences to help you understand quality and professional service.

 

You will analyze both the salesperson and the customer during the sales process, and develop and demonstrate proper sales steps and techniques.
