Human Relations and Personality Traits


Human relations include how we think about and behave towards other people and their needs and interests.  A successful salesperson must have very strong human relations skills.  The successful salesperson focuses on being human and understanding what that means to the customer.  The successful salesperson is not an actor or actress nor does he or she use canned sales pitches.  The successful salesperson is the same person on and off the job. He or she knows what matters to people and cares enough to act accordingly.  Communication is key to succeed in making a sale, and making a positive connection with the customer is important. But how is this achieved?
