Lesson 2: Customer Types


    Read the following scenarios carefully.  Then, drag and drop each into the customer type that best describes this customer.  Also, drag and drop the appropriate callout response for each.


    Reading the customer is very important.  If you try to have a friendly chat with an Analytical or a Driver, he or she is likely to leave your store without making a purchase.  However, giving an Amiable or Expressive customer straightforward facts and details might make him or her tune you out, which could cause this customer to move to the next store and/or website.
