Reading the customer is very important. If you try to have a friendly chat with an Analytical or a Driver, he or she is likely to leave your store without making a purchase. However, giving an Amiable or Expressive customer straightforward
facts and details might make him or her tune you out, which could cause this customer to move to the next store and/or website.
