Lesson 3: Personal Satisfaction from Buying


If customers experience personal satisfaction from making purchases, they are more likely to revisit the store or website to make more purchases.  In addition, they are more likely to tell their friends and/or family about this pleasant purchase.  Word of mouth is one of the best advertisements for a business.
