Lesson 6: Closing the Sale



Recall the diagram from Section 1, Lesson 1 below.


 


Assuming that step 1, 2 and 3 above have been successfully completed it is time to continue on to step 4.  In other words, if a connection has been made to the customer, customer needs are understood and addressed it is time to close the sale.  Closing is when the customer makes the purchase.  Often a little nudge at the end of the presentation aimed at the product/service is needed for most customers to commit.
