Often a buyer's choice is based on the uniqueness of the product. It may be the smallest, latest, fastest, safest, or a limited edition.
Unique selling points (USPs) are distinctive features of a product that set your product apart from everyone else's product.
As a salesperson, you must put enough thought and effort into knowing exactly what your product has to offer and then identifying USPs to sell that product.
