Follow-up


Show the customer they are important by following up after the sale.  Some suggestions:

  • Attach your card to the paperwork or staple it to the bill. 
  • Confirm the delivery or start-up date.
  • Depending on the type of sales work, send a thank you within 24 hours of the sale.
  • Make a satisfaction call within 30 days of ownership.
