Theme 2: Types of Chemical Reactions
The first theme in this course looked at understanding matter and chemical change. As you learned, when you mix chemicals, you get a chemical reaction. In this next theme, you will learn about the different types of chemical reactions as well as learn more about using the periodic table of elements to understand chemical formulas.
