Soup and Sauces

Welcome

FOD2070: Soups and Sauces is a course in the use of stocks with various thickening agents to produce hearty soups and sauces. This involves consideration of nutrient values as well as methods of preparing, and presenting various products. As usual in CTS courses, you will be concerned with developing your basic communication competencies as well as with considering possible career pathways.  Although cooking and baking might only be a hobby, you can enjoy your products!
