You have seen what a completed digital story looks like, but just as you plan an essay, you must also plan a digital story. One of the planning tools to use is a storyboard. There are different types of storyboards that can be used.

As with any story, when you create a digital story, you need to think about two important points:

• What is the main idea or purpose of your story? What is the point you want to make.

• Who is the audience for your story? How can you make your story interesting and appealing for your audience?

Once you have answered those questions, it is time to start planning your story.

Once you have your planning tools prepared, you can start to put the parts together. You might find that it will take several attempts to create the finished product.
