Self-Assessment

Each time you engage in an activity, you will be required to complete a self-assessment. This self-assessment piece is integrated into the monthly logs. Please rate yourself honestly.  Nobody is perfect every day (3 rating) and nobody is terrible (0 rating) every day either.  We are human and have good days and bad days.

Everything went great today.  There isn't anything that I feel could have gone better. I had a really good workout/ practice/ game, but I need to work on one or two things to get to the top of my game. My workout/practice/ game was mediocre. Some components were great, but at least 3 or 4 areas were not as good as I want them to be. Nothing seemed to be going right. I just felt blah. Tomorrow will be better!
