Lesson 14: Looking at Diets



Many people follow particular diets. You may have heard of the Atkins, the Mediterranean, or the Zone diets. You may have seen ads for Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers.

In this lesson, you will learn about different types of diets and why people choose to use them. You will also look at how diets and eating habits have impacted Indigenous peoples living in Canada.
