Uploading Content To The Assignment

Instructions for Uploading Digital Images, Videos, and Powerpoint to the Assignment


Please read through and complete the following steps:

All digital, video, images, or PowerPoint, must be formatted to the following types. Any other file types can not be uploaded.

Images
Allowed image types:

  • JPG, GIF, PNG, PSD
  • A resolution of no more then 1024x768px
  • File size under 2mb in size.

Video
Allowed video types:

  • MOV, AVI,  MPG
  • No longer then 5 minues in length, if additonial time is needed break the video into smaller sections.
  • File size under 20mb per section.
  • At anytime please call your marker or lead marker for assistance.

Proper file naming, these are placed together in the exact order specified below, without spacing, or special characters.

  • Full Name
  • Course Code (FAS1050)
  • Assignment Number (A1-1, A2-5 ...)

Example: jwatsonfas1050a2-4

You will need to select and open the proper assignment associated with your assignment.

If you are can not upload your files you may also:

  1. Copy it to a DVD or CD. Remember to include a hard case to protect the DVD or CD
  2. Send a USB with the information on it
  3. Send a scan disk from your camera
