According to the graph below, more than 60% of young workers aged 15 to 24 were employed in the Wholesale and Retail Trade, Accommodation and Food Services, and Professional and Other Services sectors. The largest share of young workers was in the wholesale and retail trade sector, at 23.7%.

According to the graph below, two occupations accounted for more than 30% of all lost-time claims from young workers aged 15 to 19. Service occupations accounted for 20.2% of total claims followed by Material Handling occupations at 11.7%.
