Science 7 Consists of 5 Units
You will study 5 interesting units in this Science 7 course. Below are examples of questions you will face and topics you will study.

Unit A – Interactions and Ecosystems

What are the relationships between living things and their environment?

What are some natural and human causes of ecosystem changes?

Unit B – Plants for Food and Fibre

How do plants grow and reproduce?

How do people grow useful plants in ways that are also good for the environment?

Unit C – Heat and Temperature

How are heat and temperature related to the particles that make up substances?

How do people obtain and control heat energy for our everyday needs?

Unit D – Structures and Forces

What are some different kinds of forces that act on structures?

How do we design safe and attractive structures with specific purposes?

Unit E – Planet Earth

What is the Earth made of?

What evidence shows how Earth’s surface changes over time?
