Research a labour union in Canada or in the United States to further your learning about the role of unions in mixed and market economies. Find the following:
- the union's history and goals
- who are members of the union
- services provided to its members
- an issue that the union is involved with currently
- the ways the union has affected the economy of the US or Canada
