What would be the effect of inviting or encouraging only certain ethnic groups to emigrate to your country?

In the past, Canadian immigration authorities rated immigrants according to their race, perceived hardiness, and farming abilities.

Immigration can alter a county’s identity because immigrants bring their ideas and customs to their new home.

In Chapter 11, you will see the changes to Canada’s West through immigration.
