Although the boy is the central focus of the picture, the framework, the bigger picture (the details such as the camera he is standing on) makes this picture interesting.

You fit into the bigger picture of life. Your plans and goals, your actions, choices, responses to circumstances, and your reasons for being, give your life a purpose just like a picture's framework.
For example, having the ability to read can enable you to know more about the world, history, and people and you will benefit from this information. You can read about the mistakes of others and decide to do something differently, or you can figure out how to make an item better. You can consider others and build a happier life. Your decisions and responses to the details of life make your story. Therefore, knowledge is power, the power to make informed choices.
