Cheeseburger Writing

Getting started writing a report can be difficult! It's best to start, well, at the beginning!

The beginning of a report is called the introduction. Following the introduction are the supporting details, sometimes called the body of the report. At the end comes the conclusion. This is likely a review for you. Every time you are assigned a report or essay, you are wise to review the basics. Reviewing makes organizing and writing a whole lot easier!

One way to view report writing is to compare it to a cheeseburger! You may have seen this comparison made before. It is often used in English to describe how to construct a very good piece of writing.
